Break the habit
iCanQuit is a long-standing digital service designed to support people on their smoking cessation journey.
Realising it was time for a review and refresh that puts users front and centre, Cancer Institute NSW came to us to overhaul the service across web and mobile. This called for a comprehensive UX design and validation program, led by extensive user testing to ensure people were getting exactly what they were searching for in an inclusive, culturally informed and practical manner.
My role was to produce written content for the iCanQuit ecosystem. While adhering to the platform’s complex UI requirements and smoking cessation theoretical frameworks, this called for a combination of creating entirely new content and repurposing legacy content to ensure the journey to smoking cessation unfolded exactly as it should.
